Job Title: Senior Client Advocate

Aon is seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our reinsurance broking team, you will provide exceptional client services experience in the reinsurance industry.

About the Role:

As a Senior Client Advocate, you will work closely with our reinsurance broking team to deliver outstanding client services. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with all aspects of timely reporting of property and casualty reinsurance claims to their reinsurer trading partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with individually reported claims, complex claims, and property catastrophe claims
  • Manage client reinsurance assets to ensure prompt recovery of amounts ceded to reinsurers
  • Assist clients with year-end collateral funding needs in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide mentorship for more junior colleagues and assist with training and onboarding of new team members
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of direct industry experience in the property and casualty insurance or reinsurance space
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft and/or Google office tools
  • Strong interpersonal and written/verbal business communication skills and the ability to work with internal and external customers
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent years of relevant insurance or reinsurance experience
