POSITION SUMMARY:

The Account Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional service to our risk management clientele. This role involves collaboration with clients, insurance providers, and producers to ensure all account needs are met effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Efficiently manage client accounts, ensuring adherence to all deadlines.
  • Support producers in marketing and securing new and renewal business.
  • Prepare and process insurance renewals.
  • Engage with insurance companies to align with client expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for professional development in industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Gather and report client information to mitigate risks.
  • Address client inquiries regarding their policies and services.
  • Establish and nurture strong, enduring relationships with both internal and external clients.
  • Safeguard the confidentiality of client and company data.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned relevant to the role.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

A High School diploma or GED is required. P&C Insurance licenses are necessary or must be obtained within a specified timeframe of employment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other applications is essential for maximizing efficiency in a digital workspace. Previous customer service experience, particularly in the insurance sector, is preferred.

  • Understanding of fiduciary responsibilities towards the company, clients, and producers.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The physical requirements for this position include effective verbal communication and active listening. The role necessitates prolonged periods of sitting, often in front of a computer. Occasional lifting or moving of items up to 25 pounds may be required. Specific vision abilities needed include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
