Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and objectives, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Financial Guidance: Provide expert guidance on a range of financial products and services, including deposit and loan options, to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Account Management: Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow our client base and increase revenue, through proactive outreach and engagement with existing and potential clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with branch teams and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional client experiences.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Typically 3-4 years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
  • Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a thorough knowledge of bank and branch policies and procedures.
