  • Training and Development: Assess the training needs for the sales team regarding services, coordinating with the Global Sales Lead and Sales Enablement team to address these needs. Provide ongoing training on cybersecurity services, industry trends, and effective sales techniques.
  • Sales Enablement: Identify the necessity for sales enablement materials and tools to support service sales in the region.
  • Client Engagement: Gather client testimonials and referrals, and identify potential candidates for peer review platforms.
  • Creative Problem Solving: Engage in conceptual, systematic, creative, and methodical activities to enhance service offerings.
