- Program Development: Design, implement, and propose innovative strategies to enhance service sales across all segments and channels, aligning with the company's strategic vision.
- KPI Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for implemented strategies, assessing and reporting on outcomes.
- Collaboration: Actively engage with the Services Organization to share insights and collaborate on business development and sales initiatives.
- Client Acquisition: Spearhead efforts to attract new clients, particularly those interested in cybersecurity solutions, while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the existing client base.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market mapping and gather client requirements for service enhancements and new offerings.
- Pipeline Management: Develop and oversee the services pipeline, participating in reviews and tracking reasons for any losses. Ensure prompt follow-up on leads and opportunities.
- Performance Analysis: Collaborate on service billing planning, comparing actual performance against targets, analyzing potential shortfalls, and recommending corrective actions. Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Sales Representation: Serve as the primary sales representative for services in the region, articulating sales strategies and presenting service-related topics and proposals. Conduct presentations and negotiate agreements with partners and clients.
- Training and Development: Assess the training needs for the sales team regarding services, coordinating with the Global Sales Lead and Sales Enablement team to address these needs. Provide ongoing training on cybersecurity services, industry trends, and effective sales techniques.
- Sales Enablement: Identify the necessity for sales enablement materials and tools to support service sales in the region.
- Client Engagement: Gather client testimonials and referrals, and identify potential candidates for peer review platforms.
- Creative Problem Solving: Engage in conceptual, systematic, creative, and methodical activities to enhance service offerings.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as directed by management in alignment with departmental and company objectives.
