POSITION SUMMARY:
The Account Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional service to our risk management clients. This role involves collaboration with clients, insurance providers, and internal teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Effectively manage client accounts while adhering to all deadlines.
- Support producers in the marketing and placement of new and renewal business.
- Prepare and facilitate the renewal process for insurance policies.
- Engage with insurance companies to align with client expectations.
- Identify opportunities for professional development in industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Gather and relay pertinent information from clients to mitigate risks.
- Provide timely responses to client inquiries regarding their policies and services.
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with both internal and external clients.
- Safeguard the confidentiality of client and company information.
- Perform additional duties as required by the position.
A High School diploma or GED is required. P&C Insurance licenses are necessary or the ability to obtain them within a specified timeframe. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related applications is essential for maintaining efficiency in a digital workspace. Previous customer service experience, particularly in the insurance sector, is preferred.

This role requires the ability to communicate verbally and listen attentively. The employee will spend extended periods seated at a computer, necessitating the operation of a keyboard. Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds may be required. Vision requirements include close, distance, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
