This role demands superior planning, communication, and business development skills, as well as the ability to effectively collaborate with senior associates to close sales and achieve targets.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy for High-Rise communities to obtain residential association management contracts that meet FirstService Residential's client type strategy.
- Assist in the growth of current and new market territories by providing trending and analysis, attending planning and business development meetings, and managing the sales process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and sales operations team to prepare proposal responses and manage sales follow-up schedules.
- Provide client presentations and close deals effectively.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods, stand for extended periods, communicate with clients, and have finger dexterity for typing.
- Must be mobile enough to move around the office and property, and have access to a vehicle for transportation.
- Must be able to work hours over and above normal office hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
