About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Business Development to spearhead our growth initiatives in the Assisted Living sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new customers and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and target new business opportunities
  • Provide guidance and support to the Business Development Associate to maximize sales strategies and growth initiatives
  • Maintain and update CRM databases with client profiling information and competitive data

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in a direct B2B sales position

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, CRM proficiency, and sales acumen
