Business Development Director

At Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, we're on a mission to cure blood cancers. As a Business Development Director, you'll play a critical role in driving our fundraising efforts and securing partnerships that will help us achieve our goal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand existing corporate partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners, volunteers, and internal teams.
  • Develop and manage business development budgets, timelines, and sponsorship plans.
  • Identify and secure national partnerships through collaboration with national shared services and territory business development directors.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 7-8 years of business development or related experience.
  • Strong project management, process management, and event management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills.
  • Persuasive communication skills.
