Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a market plan to create new opportunities and build the opportunity pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to develop client strategies and effectively close deals.
  • Utilize all resources, including business development, marketing, and general managers, to build and deploy client strategies.
  • Responsible for understanding and demonstrating customer-facing technology effectively.
  • Effectively utilize and update Salesforce to track customer interactions and sales performance.
  • Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand into new markets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with more than 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience selling various Taylor vertical solutions within enterprise and mid-market retail brands.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently within an organization.
  • Relentless attitude towards growth with a strong desire to champion double-digit growth.
  • Effectiveness in building strategic relationships internally and externally.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with a relentless pursuit of new business.
  • Effective client and market planning and consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to create interest and open doors through multiple business development strategies.
  • Ability to develop strategic relationships with clients and partners.
  • Ability to understand client challenges and objectives and align capabilities to deliver a high-value proposition.
  • Ability to make presentations, perform negotiations, and close business.
  • Effective understanding of our sales process.
  • General knowledge and use of Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of business in various vertical markets and your geographical location.
