About the Opportunity:

Taylor Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team in Inver Grove Heights, MN. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing market plans, and building strategic relationships with clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans to deepen relationships and expand into new solutions.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to develop client strategies and drive business growth.
  • Utilize Salesforce effectively to manage client relationships and track sales performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer challenges to deliver high-value solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay organized and manage multiple priorities to meet sales targets.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years of sales experience.
  • Proven track record of sales success in enterprise and mid-market retail brands.
  • Strong self-starter mentality and ability to work independently.
  • Relentless attitude towards growth and desire to champion double-digit growth.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strategic relationships and navigate complex business environments.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for new business development.
  • Strong client planning and consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to create interest and open doors through multiple business development strategies.
  • Ability to understand client challenges and align capabilities to deliver high-value solutions.
  • Ability to make presentations, negotiate, and close business.
  • General knowledge and use of Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of business in various vertical markets and geographical locations.
