  • Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations at the federal, state, and local levels.

  • Mentor and guide the accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability and meticulousness.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, with 1-3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the landscape or construction industry is a plus.
