Administrative Director

The Office Manager oversees the daily operations of the clinical site, ensuring seamless coordination and supervision of staff. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and supervise staff to achieve operational excellence
• Coordinate activities to ensure efficient workflow and productivity
• Foster a culture of excellence, promoting teamwork and collaboration
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance patient care and satisfaction
Requirements:
Associate degree in health or business administration preferred. Three years of office management experience, including one year in a healthcare organization. Additional education and/or work experience may be substituted for two years of office management experience. Excellent computer and word processing skills are essential for success in this role.
