Administrative Director

Tripoint Search is seeking an experienced Administrative Director to lead our office operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies to meet the needs of our attorneys and clients
- Supervise administrative staff to ensure productivity and efficiency
- Provide ongoing training and guidance to staff
- Coordinate functions to enhance employee relations
- Audit and monitor time reporting
- Monitor unscheduled absences
- Proactively determine coverage needs during critical periods
- Communicate with firmwide leadership to ensure initiative awareness
- Provide leadership coaching and performance evaluations
- Review and manage building and space needs
- Ensure approval for hiring needs and interview applicants
- Oversee the coordination of the Conference Center and Food Services
- Prepare and monitor the administrative budget
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- 7+ years of administrative leadership experience in a law firm or professional services environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Leadership and management experience in a global organization
- Highly adaptable, proactive, and works well under pressure
