Position Overview
We are in search of a skilled and meticulous Creative Project Coordinator to facilitate the development of content within our North America Stores Marketing team.

This role is crucial in crafting captivating experiences for our clientele and producing exceptional creative work alongside our marketing and creative collaborators.

The ideal candidate will excel in a cross-functional environment, adeptly managing project timelines and ensuring that deadlines are met while collaborating with marketing partners to adjust schedules as necessary.

They should possess the ability to lead both internal and agency-driven projects, acting as the primary project facilitator with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple concurrent projects in collaboration with designers, writers, developers, business leaders, and external partners.
  • Manage the comprehensive process for content creation, including establishing prioritization criteria, timelines, stages, and defining roles and responsibilities of stakeholders.
  • Ensure all outputs align with business partner expectations, maintaining adherence to established timelines and budgets.
  • Uphold best practices and standards within the creative process.
  • Guide the creative team to focus on priority projects, ensuring clarity on project vision, objectives, and requirements.
  • Gather and synthesize feedback from stakeholders and communicate this to the creative team.
  • Update the creative team on project status, identifying and addressing potential challenges.
  • Generate, maintain, and distribute project information to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Eliminate obstacles and clarify situations that hinder designers and other contributors.
  • Onboard and oversee external vendor resources.

Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional marketing experience (non-internship)
- Proficient in utilizing data and metrics to drive enhancements
- Familiarity with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables)
- Experience in building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
- Experience managing or collaborating within cross-functional marketing and creative teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in managing campaigns across multiple territories
- Knowledge of digital marketing and content production timelines and processes.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across various US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is determined by several factors including market location and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
