Key Responsibilities:
The Integrated Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the creation and implementation of comprehensive Integrated Marketing sponsorships for assigned Sales teams and media partners, including multi-platform sponsorship initiatives.
  • Collaborating closely with Integrated Marketing Managers to develop marketing collateral and sponsorship concepts tailored to specific media partners and network goals.
  • Maintaining and managing tracking documents for all Sales proposals, packages, and sponsorship offerings (both proactive and in response to requests for proposals) to enhance Sales revenue across various platforms.
  • Engaging in daily cross-functional collaboration with internal teams.
  • Assisting the team with responses to requests for proposals and the development of customized pitch presentations and concepts as required.
  • Contributing to the creation of campaign summaries, case studies, and reels for the Sales department.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends and competitive developments to inform pitches and client discussions.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in integrated marketing or sales within a media organization, agency, or brand, focusing on tailored marketing solutions for Ad Sales.
  • Exceptional writing, storytelling, and communication abilities, with a strong grasp of how to craft and refine narratives for client presentations.
  • Proficient understanding of digital and social media platforms, with a proven history of driving monetization across multiple channels.
  • Excellent project management capabilities, including organization, planning, multitasking, and time management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable presenting to groups and clients.
  • Creative mindset, enjoying the brainstorming and ideation process.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on approach.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and strong skills in Microsoft Office; experience with Airtable is a plus.
  • A Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • A positive, proactive attitude, with the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a solution-oriented mindset in a constantly evolving environment.
