Position Overview

The Creative Project Management Specialist will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating comprehensive campaigns for the Chantecaille brand, as well as special initiatives in collaboration with various teams including Art, Production, Editorial, and Studio.

This position serves as the primary liaison for all seasonal campaigns and creative endeavors, ensuring that project milestones are achieved and that all teams are synchronized through effective planning and communication. The ability to work autonomously while adapting management styles to suit the unique demands of each project is crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and facilitate a diverse range of creative projects, emphasizing innovation and marketing strategies, while acting as a key support to the Creative Director in defining processes necessary for efficient planning and resource management.
  • Establish project parameters, identify potential challenges, and develop strategies to mitigate risks; ensure that deliverables align with established standards.
  • Enhance and maintain the foundational elements of creative operations.
  • Develop and manage production timelines to align with the launch of seasonal marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure the team adheres to timelines and is prepared to adapt to changes as they arise.
  • Communicate effectively within the organization and negotiate timelines, decision-making processes, and feedback.
  • Assist the Creative Director and team in organizing photoshoots for various projects.
  • Act as the primary contact for creative workflows, collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Maintain organization across all project documentation and shared resources.
  • Address conflicts or issues that arise within projects, proposing solutions and escalating when necessary.
  • Utilize and uphold the systems and processes that support the creative teams, dedicating efforts to improve these processes where applicable.
  • Anticipate current and future challenges, proactively addressing potential issues that may impact timelines and team capacity.
  • Oversee the production of all creative concepts for integrated campaigns, including digital marketing, print, video, and social media.
  • Facilitate content development discussions between business, marketing, and creative teams.
  • Lead the creative briefing and project management processes during relevant meetings.
  • Monitor and report on the use of digital assets to ensure compliance and brand consistency.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners, addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Finance teams to negotiate and manage project budgets.
  • Identify and implement new project management and digital asset management technologies across teams.
  • Uphold high creative and production standards across all customer interactions.
  • Analyze data on studio productivity to provide insights into current and future performance.

Qualifications

  • 5-6 years of experience in project management.
  • Strong ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Experience collaborating with external creative and production partners.
  • Self-motivated, critical thinker, and team-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and management skills.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office Suite, and collaboration tools.
