Position Overview

The Marketing/Business Development Coordinator will be instrumental in driving our company's growth by ensuring our brand remains prominent among our target audiences. This role demands a dynamic individual capable of juggling multiple responsibilities, including email outreach, social media interaction, and crafting engaging communication materials.

This is a full-time hybrid position for a Marketing/Business Development Coordinator at Vibrant Brands. The Coordinator will focus on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships, and developing customized outreach strategies while collaborating with internal teams. This role offers flexibility in work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive email outreach initiatives to connect with potential and existing clients.
  • Create and disseminate professional correspondence and other communication materials to keep clients informed and engaged.
  • Work alongside the marketing team to formulate and execute marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights for enhancement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts remain effective and innovative.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in events, webinars, and promotional activities to represent Vibrant Brands.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing, business development, or a comparable role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms, social media management tools).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Engage with identified prospects on social media to cultivate relationships and generate interest in Vibrant Brands.
