Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the execution of extensive, fully integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives for our diverse portfolio of brands.

• Oversee intricate projects and manage all stakeholders involved in their completion. This encompasses organizing meetings, establishing timelines, coordinating with internal clients, assembling creative teams, providing motivational support, adhering to agreed objectives, and exhibiting diplomatic skills akin to those of international negotiators.

• Supervise the comprehensive lifecycle of campaigns and initiatives from ideation to implementation across various media and delivery formats, including but not limited to: print, digital, video, out-of-home, direct mail, social media, promotional items, etc.

• Client relations management. You will serve as the primary liaison with internal clients, collaborating with them to define objectives, deliverables, milestones, and constraints.

• Creative leadership: You will guide the creative team, assisting in brainstorming sessions and developing concepts that align with strategic goals.

• Manage external agencies, production partners, or other vendors when additional support is necessary (including print production, multimedia, and motion graphics), as well as overseeing the Statement of Work and Purchase Order processes.

• Establish and maintain campaign governance standards to ensure adherence to best practices, including creative testing, media insights, and global benchmarks.

• Share industry trends and inspiration, engage in discussions about popular culture, listen to team experiences during social gatherings, share humor in our communication channels, and foster a fun work environment.

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in creative production/project management collaborating directly with creative teams across design, copywriting, video, web, events, and social media development.
  • A keen eye for detail, a passion for organization, and the capability to drive creative initiatives across multiple teams under tight timelines.
  • Exceptional multi-channel communication skills. You can facilitate meetings, handle phone calls, respond to messages, manage emails, take precise notes, and update project management software to keep everyone aligned.
  • A collaborative mindset, a proactive approach, and a great sense of humor. Our team values laughter as much as hard work.
  • Proficiency in the complete Google Suite, familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite & Figma is advantageous, and experience with project management software like Wrike, Workfront, Monday, and Trello.
