About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Trade and Pricing Manager to join our team in Downtown Chicago. As a key member of our Manufacturing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies, overseeing trade promotions, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize trade promotions and analyze their impact on sales and profitability.
  • Use Microsoft Dynamics D365 to manage and track pricing data, trade spend, and other key performance indicators.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis and market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements related to pricing and trade promotions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and developing pricing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
