Key Responsibilities
- The primary role of the Sales Territory Manager is to meet or surpass ZimVie's sales objectives. This is accomplished by building relationships with both existing and prospective customers, customizing solutions to their requirements, educating them on ZimVie Dental Products, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the designated territory. The Sales Territory Manager is tasked with driving sales growth in their assigned area by collaborating with the ZimVie Solutions Team to deliver unique value to customers.

Expected Competencies
These include, but are not limited to:
- Drive sales growth and exceed assigned quotas in the territory by acquiring new clients and expanding sales with current accounts through the promotion of ZimVie Dental's implant, restorative, digital, and regenerative portfolios.
- Ensure the highest standards of patient safety through the appropriate use of ZimVie products.
- Develop and execute a territory business plan by identifying, targeting, and converting new business opportunities, as well as expanding existing accounts.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement local customer programs and events to boost sales, foster brand loyalty, and ensure the proper use of ZimVie Dental products.
- Establish strong relationships with surgeons, dentists, laboratories, and office staff.
- Adhere strictly to all laws and ZimVie policies and procedures regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, product handling and complaints, expense reporting, sales activities, and training.
- Utilize sales tools such as Salesforce CRM to effectively manage and plan sales activities. Regularly review reports to align sales opportunities with strategic objectives to drive growth in the assigned territory.
- Participate in and represent ZimVie at customer events as required, including local, regional, and national trade shows.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Education teams to support the execution of product launches and new sales strategies.
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business or Health Science)
- A minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
- B2B sales experience in health science is preferred but not mandatory
- Completion of formal consultative sales training (PSS, Challenger, etc.)
- Up to 95% travel (primarily by car)
- Depending on the territory, overnight stays and air travel may be required.
