Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be accountable for achieving agency, product, revenue, and service targets for assigned retail locations by mentoring and developing agents and branch personnel.
  • Analyze local sales markets and execute business strategies aimed at enhancing relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Assist in managing headcount and resource allocation for all roles within the assigned area, ensuring adequate staffing levels.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company policies and procedures across all lines of business.
  • Participate in the Field Leadership Development Program, completing all required training within the specified timeframe.
  • Build and nurture relationships with business partners in travel, membership, and financial services to enhance product and service understanding.
  • Stay informed about regulatory changes that may impact sales and service operations.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and other departments to onboard new sales agents and service representatives.
  • Conduct site visits to connect with agents and address training, operational, and sales needs.
  • Provide insights on the dynamics of assigned insurance or travel products/services and operational support areas.
  • Coach agents on compensation, bonuses, and sales excellence opportunities while identifying cross-selling potential.
  • Utilize lead management and marketing resources to develop action plans aimed at maximizing insurance sales and revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with processes and procedures among assigned agents and locations.
  • Communicate issues and concerns to the Retail Sales Leader for appropriate resolution.
  • Execute various operational activities, including field control audits and inspections.
  • Stay updated on community activities, trends, and competitive landscapes to support product and membership promotional campaigns.
  • Initiate, develop, execute, and monitor assigned projects, maintaining documentation and providing regular updates to management.

Compensation and Benefits:
A competitive annual salary ranging from $81,411.20 to $126,651.20, along with a comprehensive benefits package including:

Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate State Property & Casualty Insurance licenses.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a Property and Casualty field operations environment.
  • Strong sales, marketing, and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment:
