Senior Living Receptionist Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Senior Living Receptionist at Merrill Gardens at Santa Maria. As a Receptionist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our residents, families, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet all visitors and provide a warm welcome to our community
  • Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain the front office area in a neat and organized manner
  • Provide administrative support to all departments as needed
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Two years' experience as a receptionist (preferred)
  • Minimum of one year's customer service experience
  • Prior multi-line phone experience
