Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient experiences, managing patient flow, and ensuring seamless communication between patients and our chiropractic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage patient flow, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
- Communicate effectively with patients, chiropractors, and other team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Process patient transactions, manage patient accounts, and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in marketing and sales opportunities to attract new patients and promote our services.
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive, supportive work environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication, computer, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn and grow with our team.
