AWS Systems Development Manager

Are you passionate about building and operating large-scale cloud computing systems? Do you have a strong background in systems engineering and operations? We are seeking an experienced AWS Systems Development Manager to lead our team in delivering innovative cloud computing solutions to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of engineers in designing and operating large-scale cloud computing systems
- Develop and implement scalable and secure cloud computing solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other AWS services
- Identify and mitigate operational risks and security threats
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
- 3+ years of experience in systems engineering and operations
- Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above
- Strong background in cloud computing, systems engineering, and operations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams
- Experience with Agile engineering practices and DevOps
- Strong understanding of cloud security and identity management
- Experience with AWS services and tools

The base pay for this position ranges from $149,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $258,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company and offers a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
