Job Description

C.A. Fortune is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in sales leadership or management
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting sales targets
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
