Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the assigned territory. This individual will report directly to the National Sales Director and will be accountable for developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Manage a team of Territory Sales Representatives to ensure they have the necessary tools, training, and support to meet their sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication across the organization.
  • Provide market insights and sales forecasts to inform business decisions and drive strategic planning.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Cash Depot remains competitive in the market.
Requirements:
  • 4-year college degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 5 years' sales experience in the Convenience Store and/or Food Retail industries.
  • Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Work Environment:

This role operates in a professional office environment with a focus on sales and business development. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
