Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as an Insurance Account Position - State Farm Agent Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to our business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Account Management: Manage client insurance accounts, update information, and ensure accurate and timely processing of policy changes and renewals.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing prompt and friendly customer service, and following up as needed to ensure their needs are met.
  • Policy Administration: Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and other administrative tasks, ensuring seamless and efficient service.
  • Customer Education: Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options, helping them make informed decisions.
  • Marketing and Lead Generation: Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to market appropriate products and services.
Requirements
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate and timely processing of client information.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills, providing prompt and friendly service to clients.
  • Insurance Industry Knowledge: Have a strong understanding of the insurance industry and its products, or be willing to learn and obtain necessary licenses and certifications.
