The Insurance Customer Support Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring that all client service requirements are addressed promptly and effectively. This position involves:

  • Building strong relationships with clients and understanding their insurance needs.
  • Proactively reaching out to clients before policy renewals to confirm any changes in their circumstances.
  • Collaborating with insurance carriers and Managing General Agents to tailor the best insurance solutions for clients.
  • Handling mid-term policy adjustments, issuing Certificates of Insurance (COIs) accurately and in a timely manner, and resolving any billing discrepancies.
  • Documenting customer interactions meticulously as part of the agency's operational processes.
  • Learning and adapting to new agency software systems.

Requirements:

  • Willingness to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
