Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Coordinator to warmly welcome visitors, guests, and participants, ensuring seamless operations within our office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcoming all visitors and managing their check-in and check-out processes
  • Coordinating the scheduling of conference rooms utilizing Microsoft Office tools
  • Overseeing the waiting area and coordinating with transportation services
  • Managing incoming phone calls and providing necessary assistance

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Excellent communication and computer proficiency
  • Valid driver's license and capability to lift up to 20 pounds
