Key Responsibilities- Documentation Management: Collaborate with the Sales team to fulfill documentation requirements for patients.
- Reception Duties: Serve as the first point of contact for patients, managing both telephone and in-person inquiries.
- Processing Tasks: Execute essential processing duties for the branch, including working with intakes and reviewing necessary screens to assist customers.
- Order Confirmation: Conduct post-delivery work order confirmations and perform data entry tasks.
- Class Coordination: Assist in organizing patient Positive Airway Pressure (PAP) classes, including the preparation of paperwork and instructions.
- Equipment Management: Conduct downloads of various recording devices and perform functional tests on respiratory equipment as needed.
- Audit Support: Handle requests for audit and documentation purposes, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Patient Scheduling: Assist with scheduling appointments for patients, ensuring timely service.
- Administrative Support: Manage routine scanning, filing, and faxing of records, as well as aid in warehouse and patient equipment preparation.
- Patient Interaction: Instruct patients on equipment use, explain insurance and payment processes, and manage daily receivables.
- Customer Satisfaction: Perform outbound calls to ensure patient satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Inventory Management: Order necessary office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
High School Diploma or GED is required, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an office-related role.
