About the Role

Charlie's Produce is a leading wholesale produce company seeking a skilled Program Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for implementing pricing requests, troubleshooting contract-related issues, and maintaining pricing databases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run reports and analyze data related to high-value purchase orders
  • Calculate weekly bids and update pricing on bids/PAD codes
  • Maintain conversion bids and update customer portals
  • Create new bids, PAD codes, and group pricing for program customers
  • Pull and analyze customer sales data to calculate rebates
  • Extract data from Tableau and Bosanova to compile reports
  • Respond to internal and external customers for custom reporting
  • Provide analysis and insights for program business performance reviews
  • Support new customer and region implementation and rollout
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contract compliance
Requirements
  • Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel
  • Basic understanding of contract terminology
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multiple departments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to follow a script and complete tasks independently
Preferred Qualifications
  • AS400 experience
  • Produce knowledge
  • Intermediate level of experience with data analysis
  • Experience with Tableau and associated reporting features
