Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to cultivate a robust pipeline of opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Build strong relationships with key customer accounts and drive incremental sales growth.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and account plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Foster effective working relationships with all support departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record in business development, with demonstrated ability to uncover and close new business opportunities.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
- Experience in analyzing financial results and providing insightful explanations for variances.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $125,000 per annum, depending on experience. This position operates on a draw against commission structure, offering significant earning potential based on performance.
