Role Overview: The primary focus of this position is to nurture and manage client relationships. We are in search of a detail-oriented and personable account manager who excels in communication and is dedicated to providing outstanding service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining robust relationships with our wholesale clientele.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service tailored to the needs of our partners.
  • Assisting the sales director with various administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee wholesale accounts of varying sizes, acting as a liaison between clients and our internal teams.
  • Strengthen customer relationships to ensure ongoing business success.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of each client's market position, product offerings, and competitive landscape.
  • Collect and manage client feedback for all projects, ensuring clear communication of timelines and expectations.
  • Guarantee timely delivery of solutions aligned with client objectives.
  • Report account statuses and transactions directly to the sales director.
  • Support the sales director with daily administrative tasks, including invoicing and project management updates.
  • Monitor customer service inquiries through various channels to address client needs proactively.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Experience in project and account management.
  • Strong communication abilities across all organizational levels.
  • Self-motivated with effective time management skills.
  • Creative problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in Google Suite applications.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the contract manufacturing and dietary supplement sectors.

Compensation: Starting salary ranges from $45,000 to $55,000, with opportunities for advancement and a personalized bonus structure after six months. Additional benefits include paid time off and access to our unique mushroom products.
