Overview:
As a Client Relationship Associate at East West Bank, you will join a distinguished team dedicated to providing a premium, personalized banking experience across all customer interactions.
Your role will encompass:
- Assisting clients with their everyday financial requirements
- Recommending suitable products tailored to client needs
- Connecting clients with specialists in Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Commercial sectors for their unique financial requirements
- Introducing the latest technological solutions offered by the bank to address our clients' evolving needs

Responsibilities:
- Exhibit exceptional customer service skills; assist clients with financial transactions including withdrawals, deposits, transfers, loan payments, wire transfers, and currency exchanges
- Document significant deposits in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Identify and report any suspicious activities to mitigate potential risks
- Ensure all financial transactions are executed accurately and efficiently, adhering to established policies and regulations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new client opportunities
- Cross-sell and refer bank products such as deposit accounts, wealth management services, and mortgage solutions that align with client needs
- Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing digital tools and technologies to enhance the client banking experience
- Educate clients on conducting transactions through online platforms, mobile applications, and self-service options
- Adapt quickly to new processes and technology platforms
- Perform additional duties as required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of one year of recent customer service and cash handling experience
- Preferred one year of experience in a teller or new account role within a banking environment
- Ability to quickly and accurately learn about products, services, and procedures
- Outstanding customer service abilities
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Willingness to work weekends as necessary
Compensation:
The base pay range for this position is USD $18.00/Hr. - USD $19.50/Hr. Actual offers will be based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
