Client Relations Manager

Position Title: Business Development Account Manager
Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new client accounts while nurturing existing relationships
- Develop and present sales proposals, manage pricing strategies, and ensure prompt payment collection
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve account management processes and programs
- Employ diverse strategies to research and connect with potential clients and projects
- Prepare and deliver client proposals while staying informed about industry trends through participation in trade events
- Engage in sales and product training sessions to enhance personal and professional development
- Meet or exceed annual sales targets to maintain a successful career as an account manager
Compensation Overview:
Each account manager is assigned an annual draw, complemented by additional sales incentives.
Account managers are tasked with achieving or surpassing their annual sales goals to ensure continued employment.
Details regarding compensation are specified in EMCOR's sales compensation framework.
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in business or a related technical field is required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC commercial services or a comparable sector
- Technical expertise in Facilities Management or Operations and Maintenance is preferred
- Exceptional customer presentation skills, sales proficiency, and financial insight are crucial
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, is essential
- Candidates should exhibit independence, competitiveness, and a goal-oriented approach
