We are currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist. This position is focused on delivering exceptional and efficient service to our valued banking clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver friendly and efficient service to designated banking clients.
- Manage the setup and ongoing maintenance of client accounts.
- Investigate, address, and resolve client inquiries and issues.
- Act as a liaison between the assigned department and other bank divisions to ensure client concerns are effectively managed.
- Undertake additional tasks or special projects as required.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Qualifications:
- A High School diploma or equivalent is typically required, along with 4 years of relevant customer service experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of customer service techniques and practices.
- Familiarity with operational procedures within the assigned department.
- Proficient in Word and Excel software applications.
