As a leading partner in talent solutions, Randstad is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to enhance our Randstad Digital division.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Client Relationship Manager, your primary focus will be on generating new business through direct engagement with clients, strategic territory planning, and promoting our suite of services.
- Conduct market analysis, utilize industry insights, and strategically position Randstad Digital to optimize growth within key financial services clients.
- Accurately represent Randstad Digital as the premier partner for talent through strong relationship-building.
- Utilize your industry expertise and thought leadership to conceptualize how technology can enhance our clients' operations, improving customer experience and engagement.
- Act as a knowledgeable business consultant in areas such as Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Asset Management, Capital Markets, or Infrastructure.
- Enhance and strengthen existing client relationships by serving as their primary point of contact.
- Capitalize on Randstad Digital's strengths to be recognized as a leader in digital transformation, focusing on cloud and infrastructure, customer experience, data & analytics, and digital & product engineering.
- Collaborate closely with project and program management teams to ensure successful delivery through an integrated approach.
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients at senior levels, as well as with external and internal stakeholders, to maximize account growth.
- Lead the implementation of new agreements aimed at exceeding revenue and margin expectations.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in staffing, technology, or a related field.
- A proven track record of expanding services within assigned accounts.
- Strong relationship-building skills grounded in integrity.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing abilities.
- Robust problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
- Effective negotiation capabilities.
- A history of exceeding performance targets.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
