Client Relations Specialist
The Client Relations Specialist plays a crucial role within the Customer Support division, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients by serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. This individual will undertake a diverse range of administrative and communication tasks, including but not limited to liaising with clients and team members to facilitate timely project completion while delivering a 5-Star experience for every client.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain client communication through the Zendesk ticketing system.
Navigate the ticketing system and accurately document notes.
Proactively update clients on project statuses (scheduling updates, project timelines, scope changes, etc.).
Resolve issues to ensure projects progress in a timely manner.
Foster goodwill for the company through 5-star reviews and referrals.
Manage a pipeline of clients across various work queues (pre-site, overlay, and NEM).
Handle incoming calls and address client inquiries.
Advocate for the client and collaborate with relevant staff to ensure projects meet service level agreements and timelines.
Represent the company and utilize knowledge and empathy to address client frustrations related to construction challenges.
Employ conflict resolution skills and escalate issues as necessary.
Exhibit an approachable confidence while assisting clients throughout their projects.
Perform additional duties and tasks as required.
Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
Outstanding written and verbal communication, time management, and follow-up skills are essential.
Ability to quickly establish a positive rapport with clients via phone and email.
Strong organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize and multitask.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Outlook.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive demeanor in stressful situations.
Solution-oriented mindset, consistently seeking ways to enhance efficiency, communication, and the client experience.
Capability to follow through on assigned tasks and projects with minimal supervision.
Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is advantageous.
A high school diploma is required.
