Job Overview

ThisWay is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team in Broomfield, CO. As a key member of our office admin team, you will play a critical role in supporting our partners and practice teams, leveraging resources, and optimizing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional day-to-day support to multiple partners and their respective teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Assist in the production of high-quality client or firm deliverables, including proposals, presentations, reports, and spreadsheets, utilizing your expertise in MS Office applications.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including travel arrangements for partners and staff, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Create and review client invoices, utilizing hours and expense detail in our firm management system, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Arrange for conference rooms and necessary equipment, including conference and video calls, catered meal arrangements, and set-up and clean-up, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
  • Assist with various administrative projects, leveraging your skills and expertise to drive results.
  • Maintain frequent communication with all levels in the organization, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required; higher education or college coursework preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or executive administrative role, preferably in professional services.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on client service, ensuring exceptional relationships with partners and staff.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and maintain confidentiality, handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with a strong understanding of their functionality and capabilities.
