We are seeking an experienced Administrative Associate to provide support to our Legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the team's schedule, managing documents and records, and providing administrative assistance as needed.

  • Manage travel arrangements and expense reports
  • Represent the Legal team in working with administrative policies and procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 or more years of related experience
  • Excellent administrative and organization skills, including advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • General knowledge of computer hardware and office equipment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Administrative/business school or Associate's degree
  • Certified professional secretary or certified administrative professional
  • Formal training in Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook
  • Law office experience
Working Conditions

This position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site three or more days each normally scheduled week in the primary work location.

Hourly Rate

$26.63
