Job Overview

We're seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Services Coordinator at CCMC. As a key member of our community management team, you will provide exceptional support to our residents, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the site management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Assist with new resident onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition to community life.
  • Support the operations of the amenity center, including event planning and coordination.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to resident inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a community management or association setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Valid driver's license in the state of employment.
