Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Catering Coordinator to join our team. This role will assist the Sales Team in administrative functions, ensuring seamless communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as liaison between Sales Manager and clients in Sales Manager's absence
  • Take booking inquiry information and prepare proper paperwork
  • Use computer software to enter data, produce contracts, and create documents
  • Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries in a clear and professional manner
  • Distribute documents to appropriate personnel and locations
  • Handle individual reservations for VIP clients and ensure all arrangements are handled properly
  • Organize and maintain essential records used in department operations
Requirements:
  • Hotel experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
  • Basic administrative knowledge, including business letters and telephone etiquette
  • Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers
  • Ability to access and accurately input information into a computer using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to stand and/or sit and continuously perform essential job functions
