Job Summary

Axelon Services Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Procore Administrator to join our team. As a Procore Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining Procore, a cloud-based construction management software, to improve collaboration among stakeholders, streamline workflows, and provide real-time access to project information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain Procore, including setup, management, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide technical support and training to users on Procore features and functionality.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure efficient use of Procore.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of Procore with other project management tools.
  • Monitor and analyze Procore data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience with Procore, including setup, management, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of construction industry standards and project management principles.
  • Excellent communication and technical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience with OSHPD/HCAI projects.
  • Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong Outlook skills for managing communications and scheduling.
