Job Summary:

Trigent Software is seeking a highly skilled Procore Administrator to join our team. As a Procore Administrator, you will be responsible for managing user accounts, setting up new projects, and providing training and support to ensure effective use of Procore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Management: Manage user accounts, set up new users, assign roles and permissions, and ensure team members have the appropriate access.
  • Project Setup: Configure new projects, including setting up templates, workflows, and custom fields to align with project needs.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to ensure effective use of Procore, including creating training materials and conducting workshops.
  • System Configuration: Customize the Procore environment to meet organizational needs, including configuring integrations and managing data fields.
  • Data Management: Ensure project data is accurately entered, maintained, and backed up, including managing documents, drawings, submittals, and RFIs.
  • Troubleshooting and Technical Support: Resolve technical issues within Procore and work with Procore's support team when necessary.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports to help project managers monitor progress and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure Procore use complies with industry standards, company policies, and regulations, including data security and privacy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Procore administration and project management.

  • Knowledge of construction management software and industry standards.
