Project Coordinator/Construction Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator/Construction Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. User Management: Manage user accounts, set up new users, assign roles and permissions, and ensure team members have the appropriate access.

2. Project Setup: Configure new projects, including setting up templates, workflows, and custom fields to align with project needs.

3. Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to ensure effective use of Procore, including creating training materials and conducting workshops.

4. System Configuration: Customize the Procore environment to meet organizational needs, including configuring integrations and managing data fields.

5. Data Management: Ensure project data is accurately entered, maintained, and backed up, including managing documents, drawings, submittals, and RFIs.

6. Troubleshooting and Technical Support: Resolve technical issues within Procore and work with Procore's support team when necessary.

7. Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports to help project managers monitor progress and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

8. Compliance and Security: Ensure Procore use complies with industry standards, company policies, and regulations, including data security and privacy.

Requirements:

1. Strong Procore Experience: Deep familiarity with Procore, including setup, management, and troubleshooting.

2. Clean-Cut Appearance: Professional appearance, especially when representing the company in meetings or site visits.

3. U.S. Experience: All relevant experience should be within the United States to ensure familiarity with local regulations and standards.

4. U.S. Citizenship Preferred: Preference for candidates who are U.S. citizens due to potential security or regulatory requirements.

5. 3-5 Years of Construction Management Experience: Proven track record in managing construction projects, understanding the lifecycle, challenges, and best practices.

6. In-Depth Understanding of Construction Procedures: Comprehensive knowledge of construction industry standards and project management techniques.

7. Strong Excel Skills: Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and project management.

8. Strong Outlook Skills: Competence in managing communications, scheduling, and tasks using Outlook.

9. B.A. or B.S. in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, Construction Management, or a Related Field:

Nice to Have:

1 Year of OSHPD/HCAI Experience: Experience with California's Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD) or Healthcare Access and Information (HCAI) projects, which is beneficial for specialized projects in healthcare construction.
