POSITION SUMMARY
The role involves managing affiliation agreements and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to address any processing challenges. It is crucial to escalate issues to guarantee accurate affiliations, timely royalty distributions, and a positive experience for all applicants and affiliates.

LOCATION
This position is based in the Nashville, TN office. The company has implemented a hybrid work model, requiring most team members to be present in the office three days a week. Future transitions will be evaluated in phases, prioritizing employee safety as the organization continues to monitor health guidelines.

FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Reviewing and processing various types of affiliation agreements while engaging in estate-related matters within a dynamic and visible environment.
  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of all post-affiliation processes, including tax-related and termination procedures.
  • Providing assistance to the Creative team and other internal departments with high-priority affiliations.
  • Offering support, addressing inquiries, and effectively communicating the organization’s affiliation policies and procedures to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contributing to operational development initiatives and related systems testing.
  • Collaborating with the Agreements, Works, and Repertoire Quality teams to ensure data quality related to affiliations and terminations.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.
  • Ensuring regular attendance.
  • Upholding the organization’s core values and fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion.

POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Education: A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is preferred.
Experience: A minimum of two years of external experience in an administrative or operational capacity, preferably within the music industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

SALARY RANGE
The specific base salary offered to a successful candidate will be determined based on individual qualifications, skills, experience, and education. The pay range is subject to change based on various internal and external factors. This position may also qualify for performance-based bonuses.
