We are currently seeking a Sr. MMIS Business Analyst (100% Remote) to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee (US-TN), United States (US).

Overview of job:

This Senior Business Analyst Consultant (Sr. BA Consultant) will be a valued member of the client's Business Services Support team. The Sr. BA Consultant is expected to work independently and collaboratively with the client, team members, and other vendors working on the client's projects and initiatives. The candidate will work with the client providing business and project expertise to assist with modernizing their Medicaid Enterprise and enhancing their existing Medicaid operations, with primary focus on MMIS or other Medicaid Enterprise systems.

Job Responsibilities Include:


Review and validate business artifacts, process flows, requirements, design, test scripts, and test results artifacts Identify and support resolution of risks and issues impacting progress and outcome of the project Research and provide recommendations to the client on critical business decisions Validate that system functionality has been implemented and satisfies the project requirements Assist with implementation and changes during all project phases, including operations and maintenance phase, within assigned business areas Contribute to the project's overall understanding of business requirements for multiple program areas Collaborate with other project areas and team members to provide subject matter expertise and assistance, as applicable Perform periodic assessment activities with focus on requirements traceability and testing Attend project and status meetings Ensure that all project identified processes and methodologies are followed, as applicable Actively align work to internal and client standards, processes, and procedures Execute test scripts for various projects, as requested by the client Employee is expected to undertake any additional duties as they are assigned by their manager

Basic Qualifications:


Master's degree, or equivalent work experience A minimum of 8 years' experience in Health Care systems. A minimum of 5 years' experience in Medicaid MMIS and/or Eligibility and Enrollment systems A minimum of 4 years' demonstratable experience working with MMIS Medicaid Claims and Encounters in a managed care environment A minimum 10 years' demonstratable experience working in a Business Analyst role A minimum of 6 years of experience working on large, complex systems projects A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a multi-vendor collaborative environment A minimum of 5 years' experience conducting meetings, interviews and making presentations The position is 100% Remote, however there could be occasional travel to Nashville, TN in the future.

Strong customer relations skills and problem solving Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate concepts audiences with various levels of expertise Experience with T-MSIS reporting Collaborator and a consistent, dependable performer with an excellent work ethic, flexible "can-do" attitude, the ability to work independently, and a results-driven commitment to success Knowledge of CMS Certification process and requirements Experience with TennCare Medicaid Enterprise Systems and Projects

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $89,032 to $130,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.

This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
