Job Description

Job Title: Sales and Allocation Analyst

Job Summary:

The Sales and Allocation Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the company's sales, marketing, and engineering activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading daily reporting, distribution, and maintenance, as well as ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Giant Allocation Management:
    • Manage forecast management and allocation of key product lines in a $500M SBU.
    • Serve as central point of contact for Demand Planning, LSCM, Sales & Marketing, and BSJ for customer supply and delivery needs.
    • Work closely with the OTR mining manager to ensure that OTR contractual commitments are consistent with the strategic direction and in line with known supply thresholds.
    • Coordinate five-year forecasts, including product transitions and target account growth.
    • Maintain and track all relevant OTR equipment and contracts for these tires.
  • Sales Support:
    • Build reports to track lead conversion rates, opportunities, and account activity.
    • Update, maintain, and distribute sales tracking reports by EPM and MMA.
    • Build and maintain scorecard reporting for EPM and MMA.
    • Provide ad-hoc reporting for sales management teams and BSJ.
    • Maintain customer and sales reports with Tableau.
  • Administration:
    • Update and create slides for monthly sales calls.
    • Keep an updated EPM/MMA list.
    • Update Sales Management Organizational Charts.
    • Maintain and update Monthly Collaborative Forecasting tool.
  • Services and Operations:
    • Work with MMA/EPMs to keep service tech level reporting up to date and accurate.
    • Maintain and distribute service tech productivity reports daily and monthly.
    • Ad-hoc reporting as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • 5 years of professional experience in an analyst or related role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Tableau, Access, Alteryx, Word, PowerPoint).
