The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of current desktop applications (Windows, Office, web browsers, etc.), hardware components, virus protection, PowerShell, and Windows security protocols, along with a foundational knowledge of networking and mobile devices within a structured corporate framework.

This role is integral to the Information Technology Client Services team and involves close collaboration with various administrators, including those managing Active Directory, Exchange, Storage, and Networks, to ensure a robust and responsive systems environment.

Company Environment:
Our organization is committed to leveraging technology to provide exceptional service to our clients, primarily within the financial sector. We maintain a centralized network and server facility to support our operations effectively.

Areas of Specific Responsibility:
The Client Support Analyst will provide assistance with:

  • Desktop systems and applications
  • File access and password management
  • File restorations from backups
  • Security issues and permissions
  • Email and network connectivity
  • Printer and workstation support
  • Mobile device assistance

Additionally, Client Services personnel may engage in IT projects, equipment relocations, application rollouts, and security initiatives. They may also conduct training sessions for employees and will be required to provide after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred. A minimum of two years of relevant IT experience with a proven track record in client problem resolution is essential.

The successful candidate will be a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with personnel at all levels. A strong commitment to customer service is necessary, along with the physical ability to handle equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Client Support Analyst will work both independently and as part of a team, under general supervision, thriving in a dynamic and professional environment.
