Location Overview:

Our sales office is strategically located in Bentonville, Arkansas, serving as a key hub for our operations. This dedicated team not only manages vital customer relationships but also engages in various community service initiatives throughout the year, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Account Managers in uncovering market potential.
  • Conduct daily and weekly analyses of business performance using IRI and customer systems to identify growth opportunities.
  • Assist in creating category review materials aimed at boosting sales for both Post Consumer Brands and the overall category.
  • Develop strategic solutions regarding product distribution, promotional activities, pricing strategies, and shelf placement.
  • Prepare comprehensive presentations to communicate business and consumer trends, along with growth solutions.
  • Perform consumption analytics to support the monthly forecasting process.
  • Engage in training sessions to enhance job performance and personal development.
  • Collaborate with various functional areas to identify business opportunities and provide customer insights.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years of analytical and/or sales experience is essential; familiarity with Walmart is advantageous.
  • Experience in consumer packaged goods is required, with a preference for those with pet industry experience.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel is necessary.
  • Experience with syndicated sales data software (e.g., IRI or Nielsen) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with customer systems is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of shelving software is a plus.

Other Skills:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required.

Work Environment:

  • This position is based in-office with a hybrid work schedule.
